Brand Communications Demonstrates New ‘Location’ Mobility Solution At SME 2006

Mobile Data and Remote access specialists Brand Communications, is demonstrating the latest addition to the “Apollo” Mobility Product Set; “Apollo” Location Based Services will be in action on stand 484 at the Service Management Show at NEC, Birmingham on the 18th and 19th October 2006

The new software is offering businesses customised, localised and real time access to mobile employees / devices out in the field. ‘Apollo’ Location Based Services provide field force management, navigational tools, dynamic routing, emergency notification and also covers lone worker regulations.

Brand’s new technology controls the management of the location of employees / devices by incorporating it into cartography software such as Microsoft Mappoint. Within these packages, the organisation is able to monitor the actual movement of the mobile employee around the map.

This software release builds upon Brand’s unique and award winning portfolio of mobile and remote access solutions, creating enormous advantages to businesses and employees. Location based services offer a powerful and effective tool in reducing response times and raising customer service to a higher level in a cost effective manner.
